The Society of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (SPER) values the commitment of its members, event participants, and contributors. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are handled and refunds are processed.
Event Registration
- Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to administrative fees.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.
- Substitution of delegates is permitted, provided notification is sent in advance and approved by the organizing committee.
Membership Fees
- SPER membership registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
- Requests for correction or resolution must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Technical Errors & Duplicate Payments
In the event of multiple transactions or technical billing errors, users must notify SPER with appropriate documentation within 7 working days. Upon verification, a full refund or adjustment will be processed.
Mode of Refund
- Refunds, where applicable, will be made via the original mode of payment within 15–20 business days of approval.
- SPER shall not be liable for delays caused by external banking or payment service providers.
